New Mexico. Land of Enchantment, as they say. And, it is true that the state is a land of incredible natural beauty that covers pretty much the entirety of the state. It sits at what one could say is the base of the Rocky Mountains, and there one can find a number of extinct volcanoes rising magnificently out of the sand of the ever-present desert.

But, enchantment has many forms, and sometimes, just sometimes, it takes the form of what may be the most painful emotion known to man. Love.
